I have been married 57 years and have 3 children, 2 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

I am a preschool teacher because of my love for children. I feel that God gave me a gift of being able to teach and communicate with young children and that he placed me right where he wanted me to be many years ago.

​I love the joy and gratification of working with and seeing these young children come in and learn to enjoy themselves in a secure, fun, and loving classroom filled with fun learning activities and imagination. I get the pleasure of watching, helping, and teaching these children to learn and grow so much in the 9 short months their parents share them with us. The children's minds are like sponges and I get to be a part of their first learning experiences. Seeing the joy on their faces is wonderful.

My favorite scripture is Psalm 23 "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures: He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul: He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake".

My husband, Michael, and I have been married for 19 years. We have one son who is 17 years old and in the 11th grade. He attended ODS. This makes returning to ODS all the more special. I am a Rock Hill native, and I absolutely adore this city.

I am excited to be an Assistant 2k Teacher. I love working with Pre-K children because of their joyful outlook on life. I love to encourage and help children grow by showing them God's love and the wonderful world he created.

In my free time, I enjoy decoration my home for the season/holiday and baking. I also love breakfast dates with my husband. We enjoy taking our son to arcades. As a family we enjoy trips to the beach, mountains and exploring new places.

My favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 13.8 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 11 years this Fall . We have three sweet kids and two cats. We are loving life at this stage with three littles to keep everything interesting!

All my life I have been around babies and toddlers, as my brothers and I are pretty spaced out and my mom also kept kids often. I started helping with pre-k church when I was in youth group and my love for littles has taken off ever since! I love working with toddlers because it is just amazing how much they are able to learn and grow in such a short amount of time.

I love 1 Samuel 12:16 - “Now then, stand still and see this great thing the Lord is about to do right before your eyes!” It’s a reminder that I need to take a step back sometimes and remember that God’s got this.

My husband, Wes and I are originally from Indiana and moved to Rock Hill 11 years ago. We are celebrating 10 years married in August 2025. We have two sons, who both attended ODS. JoJo is 8 and Cohen is 5. I am thrilled to join the wonderful staff at ODS and cannot wait to watch the littles grow and learn.

In my free time I love reading, playing music bingo and watching my boys compete in gymnastics.

My favorite memory verse is Proverbs 31:25 - "She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” It reminds me to be strong, kind and enjoy life!
